The spacious lounge with Smart TV offers opportunity for great conversation and cosy nights in watching the TV and movie nights together. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare family meals and the dining table is perfect for all family meals, and at the rear there is a private enclosed high walled courtyard seating garden. A large family bathroom with corner bath is located on ground floor. Seaside has five lovely bedrooms. On the first floor are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with large bay window at the front, a further double and a bedroom with three single beds at the rear. There is a separate shower room and separate toilet. Staircase leading up to the second floor; having two further rooms, a twin and double bedroom with sloping ceilings.
Within walking distance is a wonderful sandy beach and famous Golden Mile, Marine Parade with its wealth of attractions. including the Venetian Water Gardens and Boating Lake. Great Yarmouth has a 15-mile stretch of glorious sandy beach with pier, entertainment, marina sports centre with indoor swimming pool and many other leisure activities. There is the Sea Life Centre, bowling, amusements, donkey rides, bouncy castles, wax world, model village, fun fair for small children and adrenaline rides, crazy golf, water park, restaurants, cafés, and pubs. Also nearby is the world-class Hippodrome Circus with shows all year round. Deck chairs are available for hire and boat trips available to visit the seals at Scoby Sands. Central beach hosts a fireworks’ display each Wednesday (weather permitting) during the summer season. With many activities available all year round, please note some activities have seasonal openings. Quayside is home to Time and Tide museum and Nelson’s museum. Nearby is the stadium for grey hound racing, stock car racing and Horse Racing Course including ‘Ladies Day’ a great day at the races for dressing up and showing off your statement attire. Thrigby Wildlife Centre, Pleasurewood Hills theme park, Somerleyton Hall and Gardens within an hour’s drive. Beach 350 yards. Pubs, shops, cafés, and take away restaurants 800 yards.
