A cosy converted former horse stable with stone walls and old beams throughout, Lampeter

Dyfed. Sleeps up to 5

Come and unwind at Lanlas Cottages. We are situated in the beautiful Teifi river valley, famous for its salmon fishing, not far from the Cambrian Mountains and only a short drive away from the beautiful West Wales coast with its award-winning beaches.

Our Y Stabl cottage provides a home from home and is perfect for nature lovers. It has high-speed WiFi >50 Mbps and a key lockbox for easy self check-in.
Y Stabl is one of three cottages here on site and has been lovingly converted from the old horse stable to a homely two-bedroom cottage which retains much original character, with stone walls and beams throughout.

The accommodation in Y Stabl consists of a large open-plan ground floor with a kitchen diner. The living area has two sofas in front of a log burner. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a king-size and a single bed and bedroom 2 with a double bed) and a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower over. Y Stabl is a cosy cottage with modern amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen, Freeview TV and WiFi.
In front of the cottage, there is a patio area with table and chairs.

Guests can explore our own small woodland, and we welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. Some of our chickens are frequent visitors to the cottages.
There are numerous opportunities for walking, bird watching, cycling, or just relaxing and doing nothing – the choice is yours. You can hear the owls call at night or watch the buzzards and red kites in the daytime. Little light pollution means you can see a fantastic number of stars on a cloud-less night.

Do you need more space so that your friends and family can join you?
Y Stabl sleeps up to 5 people. However, if you are looking to book for a larger party, then we might be able to cater to your needs as our three cottages combined sleep up to 12 people in total.

Located in Lampeter, this cottage is in a rural area. National Trust - Dolaucothi Gold Mines and Strata Florida Abbey are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Jane Beck Welsh Blankets and Teifi Valley Railway Limited. Traveling with kids? Consider West Wales Museum of Childhood and Aberglasney Gardens.
