The property is detached on the owners grounds and has the advantage of parking for one car off road. Sudbury has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from. There are so many fantastic, historic towns locally too within a short drive (or cycle) you can be exploring places such as Lavenham, Long Melford, Dedham Vale, Flatford (Constable Country) and Bury St Edmunds to name a few. For those who love history there are numerous places to visit with Gainsborough's Museum, Kentwell Hall and the stunning National Trust Property, Ickworth House to name a few. Step in to enjoy an open plan sitting room and well equipped kitchen. The stairs lead up from the sitting room to the first floor which has two good size rooms; a twin room and a king room. Between the two is a shower room. There is plenty to do in the area with wonderful, historical towns to enjoy, excellent walking, road cycling and even kayak hire available locally.
