This lovely cottage is an annex of the owner’s home in the quintessentially English hamelt of Oad Street, close to the market town of Sittingbourne in Kent. The accommodation is all ground floor and furnished in a wonderfully traditional style, in-keeping with the quaint aesthetic of the village. Step into the property and find yourself in a bright and airy hallway, to the right you will find a cloakroom with handy WC and washing machine. Through a further door is the bedroom, with double bed and additional door leading out to the garden. Oad Street has a very popluar Greek Taverne called the Plough and Harrow, this hamlet is complete with its own craft center which offers delicious menus and very good service, completing this hamlet is its own small garden centre. There are plenty of walking opportunities around the village and the beautiful surrounding area. A short drive away is the market town of Sittingbourne which offers plenty of shops and eateries to enjoy. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in a rural village location, this property is ideal.
