Entrance into Hallway...

Sitting/Kitchen/Dining Room is open plan with oak laminate flooring,  leather two seater sofabed, leather tub chair, occasional table, wall mounted flat screen TV and doors to the private decked terrace and garden. There is also a dining table and chairs and the Kitchen Area is exceptionally well equipped including an electric oven and hob, stainless steel extractor hood, microwave, larder fridge, freezer plus a breakfast bar and stools. There is also a washer/dryer located in the hallway
Shower Room is fully tiled, with washbasin and w.c.

with oak laminate floor, rugs, double bed with two bedside chest of drawers and a small dressing table, chair and clothes hanging rail. The four windows flood the room with light and provide lovely views and there is subtle low voltage lighting too

Parking: Directly next to the cottage.
Heating: Electric convection heaters.
Also Provided: Fresh vegetables in season.
