Fitted out with all modern conveniences for your every comfort, you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of what is one of the most idyllic spots you could imagine...yet it is only 5 minutes from Stirling City Centre and the main motorway hub connecting you to all the major cities and tourist locations in Scotland.
There are 4 bedrooms,2 doubles and 2 twins with one of the twins being on the ground floor benefiting guests with walking difficulties or require use of a wheelchair, there is a wet room with disabled facilities opposite this bedroom. One of the double bedrooms on the first floor has an en-suite shower room and there is a further bathroom with electric shower above.
The ground floor living areas are open-plan with a large lounge/dining area which flows from a well equipped open kitchen. There is plenty of natural light from the patio doors and windows to really appreciate the views. Lastly there is a second tv/playroom. The Coach House is very well equipped with a wood burning stove in the sitting room to modern appliances in the kitchen and a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility room.
There is a garden and patio area and a large area for parking. The river Forth runs around the farm and is about 400m from the holiday house.
