4 Trelawney Court is a spacious ground floor apartment in a small development set back from the road. There are 3 bedrooms, two king size beds and a third with a set of bunk beds and a single bed. There is a main bathroom as well as a recently refurbished en suite for the master bedroom. There is a large open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room. The kitchen is new for 2020 and includes fridge freezer, dishwasher and washerdryer. Outside there is a courtyard garden area with a BBQ and patio furniture. It is perfectly situated for families to get to the beach (either at Porthilly or Rock) and enjoy all the activities (such as sailing, water skiing and kayaking) that Rock has to offer. Within a 5 minute drive of two of the Times Best Beaches (Epphaven and Padstow). For golfers, St Endoc Golf Course is a short walk away as is The Point at Polzeath. For surfers, Polzeath is just a short drive. For walkers and cyclists the coastal path is right on the doorstep as is the Camel Trail which you can access either from Padstow (via the pedestrian ferry) or Wadebridge. It is within walking distance of the wide range of shops and places to eat in Rock. The apartment is used as a family holiday home and so is well equipped for all ages.


Located in Wadebridge, this apartment is near the beach. Cliffside Gallery and Cornwall's Regimental Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Pencarrow House and Garden and Bodmin Jail. Consider King Arthur's Great Halls for a night out or Cornish Coast Day Adventures if you're traveling with kids. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
