Kenegie Manor is a 500 year old Grade II listed Manor House which has been sympathetically restored and converted into a number of individual apartments. Set in 11 acres, guests benefit from the use of the Manor's TENNIS COURTS, INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA, HOT TUB, CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA, CAFE, PITCH AND PUTT GOLF COURSE and RESTAURANT / BAR.

Kenegie Manor is situated in private grounds near the village of Gulval, within WALKING DISTANCE OF THE BEACH and Penzance and is 5 miles from St Ives. The surrounding grounds have spectacular views of Penzance and the very popular fairy-tale island of St. Michaels Mount.

The NEWLY RESTORED first floor apartment has views over the quiet courtyard and it has an abundance of character - with high ceilings and striking features such as the large 3 metre high sash windows. The apartment is reached via a gravel pathway from the ample parking area leading through to the private Manor courtyard. The apartment boasts a King Size bed in the master bedroom and Handmade Wooden Furniture in the dining area and lounge.

Inside and from the lobby, the large lounge is equipped with free Wifi, a Wide Screen Smart TV, leather furniture and a Sofa Bed allowing the property to accommodate up to 6 people, (maximum of 4 adults as sofa bed is really only suitable for children). The dining area also seats 6 comfortably.

Unique to this apartment is the large separate Galley kitchen which is fully fitted with appliances such as Washer and Dishwasher and having the benefit of an additional utility area.

The spacious master bedroom has views over the courtyard and is fitted with modern bedroom furniture. The second double bedroom has twin beds. The high-spec modern bathroom includes a bath and power shower. Every detail in the construction, finish and furnishings ensure a stylish property provides a comfortable stay. The apartment also includes a highchair and cot.

Facilities available from Mid February to End of October are - an indoor heated pool (approximately 50 metres from the apartment door) free to use by our guests, sauna, bar/restaurant, cafe, small shop, games room, tennis courts, mini golf and small children's play area. The Manor House apartments share a private garden at the front of the house, which provides ample space to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

Kenegie Manor, now painstakingly and sympathetically restored, enjoys it's new role as playing host to guests seeking tranquillity and other creature comforts.

Penzance, Land's End and the picturesque fishing villages of St Ives, Mousehole and Newlyn are all close at hand. St Ives is a very popular Cornish resort town and is approximately 5 miles away and offers the world famous Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum. Surfers and bathers are spoilt for choice, with beaches such as Sennen and Gwithian (both Blue Flag acclaimed) and Carbis Bay, Porthmeor and Porthcurno Beaches, to name a few which are only a short distance from Kenegie. The area has Theme Parks and holiday attractions such as Flambards, The Eden Project, Minack 'open air' Theatre and the National Seal Sanctuary and many more.

The apartment is within walking distance of the local pub, and Sainsbury's, Tesco & Morrisons are conveniently close.

Located in Penzance, this apartment is in a rural area and near the beach. Tremenheere Sculpture Garden and Acorn Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include St John the Baptist Church, Penzance and Egyptian House. Traveling with kids?
