Living room: With open fire, Freeview TV, DVD player and single sofa bed.
Dining room: With multi-fuel burner.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
Utility room: With washing machine.
Sun room.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed, sloping ceilings and en-suite toilet.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and sloping ceiling. . Electric storage heaters and electric panel heaters (£25 per week November-April), electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for open fire and mutli-fuel burner included. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Grassed area with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Table tennis available on request. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Pleases note: There is a pond in the grounds, 80 yards away.. Dalvuie Beag is a small, traditional detached West Highland holiday farmhouse situated in a peaceful location beneath the slopes of Ben Lora. Surrounded by fields with views of distant mountains and close to the sea, lochs and beaches, the farm has a small herd of cattle and flock of sheep with conservation of rich natural history a priority. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
