This combines to give you the best of both worlds - rural living in the heart of the Scottish West Highlands with all conveniences close by.

Strathassynt Cottage is in the sleepy West Highland village of Ballachulish, less than a mile from Glencoe. On the main road from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling to Fort William, Oban and on to the Isles of Skye and Mull, it's the perfect location to use as a base for discovering the magic of the area, such as Loch Ness, Mallaig, Glenfinnan, Ben Nevis the Isle of Mull, The Isle of Skye, Oban, Fort William and much more.
Accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom. There is also another bed which can be placed in either room for a 5th person. There is a large completely refurbished bathroom of the hall with rain shower.
The dining/kitchen has an oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and the living room has reclining sofa and chairs, TV/DVD with Sky and a real fire. Central heating throughout. A real home from home.

This cottage is located in Ballachulish. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Loch Leven and Highland Titles Nature Reserve, while Glencoe Folk Museum and West Highland Museum are cultural highlights. Enjoy the area's slopes with skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding.
