They are nestled within the owner’s grounds, perched on a hill top with a glorious view across the marsh to Breydon Water, yet they still retain their own privacy. The quiet lanes offer great walking and cycling opportunities direct from the door. Other attractions on the doorstep include Caister Castle, Filby Broad, Hickling Broad Nature Reserve, boat hire and sailing. Caister-on-Sea (1½ miles) has a wide sandy unspoilt beach with grassy dunes, shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs, supermarkets and other amenities. The seaside town of Great Yarmouth (3 miles) offers something for all ages, with its fascinating history and heritage along the quayside, and the seafront with its illuminations, pier, promenades, amusement arcades, fun fair and wide sandy beach. The city of Norwich (22 miles) for excellent shopping, theatre, castle museum, cathedral, cafés, art galleries and market square.
