Public rights of way are there for you to walk through the woods and the fields, explore the quiet valleys and lanes and climb to the tops of the hills to marvel at the views; Wenlock Edge, the Long Mynd, Clee Hill, the Shropshire Hills AONB, the Teme Valley, Mortimer Forest and Offas Dyke Path are all close by. Interesting towns to visit include Church Stretton, Bishops Castle, Ludlow, Leominster, Much Wenlock and Tenbury Wells, as well as historic Ironbridge an easy drive away. Local attractions include the racecourse and castle at Ludlow, Secret Hills Discovery Centre, Acton Scott Working Farm, Stokesay Castle, and the four NT properties of Powys Castle, Attingham Park, Croft Castle and Berrington Hall.
