Within easy reach of all the riches of the Derbyshire and Staffordshire Peak District with several walks from the front doorstep, Little Bent offers something for all the family. Close by you will find the historic market town of Leek, with a large selection of antique shops, or you may wish to explore the magnificent rocky ridge called ’The Roaches’ which is just north of the town. The thriving picturesque market town of Ashbourne and the spa town of Buxton are within driving distance. For family’s and the more adventurous, Alton Towers is only a 5-mile drive away. Nearby is superb walking with Dovedale, the beautiful Manifold Valley, and the popular Manifold Cycle Track, all within easy reach. There are lots of pretty villages to explore close by, many with good pubs. After enjoying a day at one of the superb locations mentioned, head back to the house, to its peaceful countryside surroundings, kick off your shoes and just relax.
