Parking (2 cars). No smoking.. What a gem - tucked away in the seaside resort of Scratby with several access paths leading down from the cliff onto the wonderful wide sandy beach. Standing detached, on a quiet, unmade lane and neighbouring other similar properties, this bungalow is comfortably furnished and equipped, boasting an enclosed garden which is ideal for children and the dog. Scratby is a seaside village, with a dog friendly beach and has many local amenities including two minimarkets, take away restaurants and cafe. There is much to do and see with good walking and cycling opportunities, direct from the door. There is a regular bus service to both Caister-on-Sea and the popular seaside town of Great Yarmouth. Attractions nearby include Caister Castle Motor Museum, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, Horsey Windmill (NT) and East Ruston Old Vicarage gardens, a must for any gardener. Great Yarmouth is just 6 miles for fun at the Pleasure Beach plus amusements, ten-pin bowling, model village, swimming pool and leisure centre, pier and promenade, crazy golf, plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs and town centre with plenty of shops. Yarmouth Stadium hosts stock car racing and greyhound racing. For the younger guests, BeWILDerwood is just 14 miles and Pettitts Animal Adventure Park is 16 miles. Wroxham is 16 miles, known as the capital of the famous Norfolk Broads, daily river boat hire and boat trips, shops, cafes and restaurants. The city of Norwich is 22 miles for excellent shopping, two indoor shopping malls, castle museum, cathedral, art galleries, market square, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The Suffolk coastline for wonderful beaches and heritage is approximately 1 hour drive. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ⅓ mile.
