Welcome pack. Lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Landscaped 2-acre grounds (shared with owner and other guests). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the garden, 50 yards away.. Occupying an idyllic rural location, these semi-detached barn conversions make an ideal holiday venue. A warm welcome awaits all year round at these spacious, well-equipped and furnished barns, with a wealth of exposed beams. The Barn (ref BVX) enjoys a peaceful setting surrounded by open countryside, whilst The Summer House (ref UKC1974) has a dual-sided wood burner and views across the garden and large pond. Guests have the opportunity to have meals prepared for them to enjoy in their holiday cottage (by direct arrangement with the owner). Surrounded by quiet lanes, located in an excellent area for walking, golf, cycling and bird watching. The village of Debenham is just 2 miles away and offers a plethora of amenities. Situated in the heart of Suffolk, there are many picturesque towns and villages within easy driving distance including Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Diss and Eye. Also convenient for visiting the Suffolk Heritage coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh. Beach 23 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles. The Barn (ref BVX) and The Summer House (ref UKC1974) can be booked together to accommodate 6 guests.
