This lovely thatched, detached cottage is set in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds in the village of South Willingham, just 6 miles from Market Rasen, well known for its racecourse. The Georgian market town of Louth is 10 miles away and still has three markets a week and boasts many good bars and restaurants. To the east is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness with sandy beaches great for walking on and stretching all the way up the coast past Mablethorpe to the north. Lincoln famous for its cathedral, castle and Magna Carta visitor centre is 17 miles to the west, with the castle and cathedral area around the Bailgate, very popular for tourists with many good coffee bars and restaurants for refreshments. From the door are excellent cycle routes and walks into the Wolds. Beach 26 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
