With its close proximity to the beach and town centre it s the ideal place to explore exactly what the area has to offer. The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy. This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Skegness, Chapel St Lenoards, and Sutton On Sea, with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. A local caravan site offer day tickets for fishing. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle, cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers the area provides an abundance of coastal and wold walks to be explored. On entering this spacious bungalow all on one level, enter through the front door into a well equipped kitchen having a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A good size lounge/diner with comfortable sofas and sofa bed, a wall mounted TV, DVD player, an electric flame fire and table and chairs for dining. There are three good size bedrooms a king size bedroom with TV, with patio doors leading through to the conservatory, perfect to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, A twin bedroom with TV and a single bedroom with TV. A family bathroom comprising of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Outiside: A patio and grassed area, outdoor seating. There is ample off road parking.
