This semi-detached barn conversion, adjoining the owner’s home, is situated on a small equestrian farm, where you can enjoy watching the horses in the fields. This is a great location to relax in or from which to explore the area. From the sandy beaches of the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, 15 miles, to Lincoln Cathedral, 34 miles, and the Georgian market town of Louth, 18 miles, there is plenty to see and do. For those that enjoy local markets, there is one for virtually each day of the week in the surrounding towns, and Horncastle boasts one of the largest selection of antique and collectables shops to be found anywhere. Good walks and cycle routes straight from the door, as well as golf courses in the area, mean there is something for everyone. Beach 15 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
