Just a short drive into the village of Goodrich with its lovely castle, water sports on the River Wye, and cycling and Puzzlewood in the Forest of Dean. Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye are equidistant at 4 miles, where there are lots of lovely cafés, bars and restaurants, plus a great variety of shops can be found. Shop 3 miles, pub serving food overlooking the river within 1 mile.
