This delightful, semi-detached holiday cottage is situated on the outskirts of Minehead and the Exmoor National Park in a great location for seeing the sights of the south-west coast. Exmoor is the undiscovered corner of the south west with quiet country lanes and uncrowded beauty spots. For beach lovers there are a number of beaches within a short distance, Minehead beach is just over a mile, and the harbour and beach of Portlock Weir are 5 miles. The famous surfing beaches at Woolacombe and Croyd are approximately 90 minutes west by car via roads that have some spectacular scenery. Minehead has a good range of shops and amenities, and is also home to the West Somerset Steam Railway. The Victorian villages of Lynmouth and Lynton are famous for Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks and the cliff railway. Dunster Castle and village, with its beautiful terraced gardens, deer park and mill are also worth a visit. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
