Tea rooms and local character pub serving good food are closeby, with all the further amenities of the coastal twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, including choice of shops, pubs, restaurants, picturesque harbour and Manor greens, less than a 10 mile scenic drive. Ideal base for true nature lovers and those wishing to explore the splendour of Exmoor by foot, bicycle, horseback or car. Beautiful golden sand surfing beaches are also easily accessible within a 20 mile scenic drive across Exmoor countryside.
