Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.

Just a short stroll to the centre of the Georgian market town of Louth, this delightful terraced cottage has been superbly renovated and furnished to provide excellent accommodation. Enjoy the wealth of small independent specialist shops, three markets a week and many excellent bars and restaurants.
Nestled in the Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there are many wonderful walks, cycle routes and country pubs to enjoy refreshments on the way. Not to be missed are Hubbards Hills a hidden gem. Visit the long sandy beaches of Anderby Creek and Skegness 30 minutes’ drive. Step back in time in Woodhall Spa, home to the famous Dambusters, and enjoy a runway taxi ride in the famous ’Just Jane’ Lancaster Bomber at East Kirkby Aviation Centre, Market Rasen horse racing and of course Cadwell Park Race Circuit. Lincoln with its fabulous cathedral, castle and the new Magna Carta Visitor Centre are 45 minutes away and worth a day out. Return after your travels to relax for the evening with a glass of wine in front of the cosy wood burner. Beach 15 miles. Shop and pub ¼ mile, restaurant ½ mile.
