Living/dining room: With wood burner, 32" Freeview TV, Blu-ray player, CD player, bluetooth stereo speakers and tiled floor.
Kitchen: Galley style with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and slate floor.
Bedroom: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.. Oil central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available (honesty box). Travel cot and highchair available on request. External utility room with freezer (shared with owner). Welcome pack and doggy extras.. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 4-acre fields (shared with the owner). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. Delve into Thistles, a semi-detached cottage nestled on the edge of the beautiful hamlet of Cosheston and which is centrally located to explore the whole of Pembrokeshire. Thistles is a short stroll from the inlet of the tidal River Cleddau which forms the Milford Haven harbour and is host to many birds and an abundance of wildlife all on your doorstep. Here you can discover the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, take a trip to St David’s, the UK’s smallest city with its stunning cathedral, or explore one of the many picture postcard beaches this beautiful area has to offer.
Thistles lies next to the owner’s home and has been thoughtfully renovated to a good standard and offers the perfect retreat for couples to get away from it all and relax in front of the cosy wood burner. The spacious living room has been well furnished and offers a great space where you can relax and wind down after a busy day sightseeing. On those balmy summer days, enjoy sitting out with a glass of wine or take a stroll through the large, natural fields.
In the evening take a walk into Cosheston and enjoy an evening of ‘home cooked’ local produce in the local inn (along with some real ale), not forgetting a trip to the local farm shop for some treats. For days out, the historic Carew Castle and Tidal Mill is 5 minutes away covering 2000 years of history and overlooking the magnificent mill pond - a trip here is not to be missed. Travelling south, the famous cobbled streets of Tenby and its beach are only a 20-minute drive away; here you can relax in one of the many coffee shops, uncover galleries or laze on the golden sandy beach. Beach 5 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
