This cosy detached property for two sits at the foot of Clogwyn Mawr in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Relax with a glass of wine enjoying the view out over the mountains. There are pubs within walking distance and the Plas y Brenin National Mountaineering Centre is close by. It’s only a few miles to Snowdon itself (Eryri in Welsh) – you can take the spectacular scenic drive to Llanberis and either walk up or catch a train to the summit. In the other direction is the pretty village of Betws-y-Coed with a range of individual shops, lower level walks in the Gwydyr Forest, and perhaps the opportunity to hear a Welsh male voice choir in concert during the summer. The Isle of Anglesey and Llyn Peninsula are also easily accessible from here and a great destination for a day trip. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
