Situated on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment, in an AONB, and is surrounded by unspoilt countryside, with views to the Malvern Hills and Welsh Mountains. Running through the estate is the Cotswold Way, offering peaceful walks and wonderful views. The estate is situated just 6 miles from Regency Cheltenham, with boutique shopping, the celebrated Gold Cup Cheltenham Racecourse and world-famous jazz and literary festivals. Cirencester, the ’Capital of the Cotswolds’, is 12 miles and is a charming market town. It is conveniently located to many other Cotswold towns and villages, such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Winchcombe, Painswick, Stroud and Tetbury.
