Be welcomed by an open-plan living space where you can prepare basic meals in the kitchen area, equipped with a two-ring induction hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Serve a romantic dinner for two at the dining table, followed by a cold beverage on your private patio with outdoor seating; sit back and take in your tranquil, country surroundings. Back inside, snuggle up on the large sofa to watch TV, before retiring for the night. Freshen up in the walk-in shower, while the heated rail keeps your towel warm, and catch your rest in the double bed just next door. Start your day with a wander around the well-kept grounds with plenty of picnic spots, outdoor seating, and why not pack your fishing gear and head to the lake? For a change of pace, the city of Gloucester is a short drive away with its majestic, 11th-century Cathedral, Barnwood Park and Arboretum, and tours of the historic Gloucester Prison, all surrounded by nature reserves and country parks.
