Parking for 2 cars.. Less than a mile from Ceibwr Bay and a ten minute stroll from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, lies the Granary, a detached, two bedroomed converted farm building, brimming with character. Situated in the farm yard of Penwern, it offers convenient parking before ascending the original stone steps to the front door and into its first floor living space. Kitchen, lounge, and dining room combined beneath an impressive vaulted beamed ceiling and through its petite windows it offers splendid views of the sparkling blue waters of Cardigan Bay. After a day of coastal adventure, this cosy retreat provides peace and tranquillity within its stone walls while its enclosed, gravelled patio area offers the ideal spot for barbecuing the catch of the day or some of the abundant Pembrokeshire produce available from the local farmers’ markets. The surrounding 10 acres of the owners’ land offers some wonderful coastal views, a chance to explore the flora and fauna of the landscape, as well as plenty of outdoor space and fresh coastal air for exuberant children and pets. Shop, pub and restaurant 5 miles.
