With two bedrooms (one double, one bunk), well equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge / conservatory, Tolpedn offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests and their four legged friends. Tolpedn is in a great location for exploring the beaches of St. Ives Bay, the local sights, and makes West Cornwall and beyond easily accessible. Bedroom one - Kingsize bed, set of draws, dual aspect windows and a wardrobe with drawers. Bedroom two - Childrens 3ft bunk beds, wardrobe with drawers. Lounge/Conservatory - Lovely room with a southerly aspect with doors overlooking a grassy bank. Please note these doors can not be opened. Two, two seater sofas, large TV with DVD player and views across the dunes. Kitchen - window with view over sand dunes, white fully fitted kitchen with granite effect work top with a range of wall and floor units. Electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dresser. Dining area - dining table and 4 chairs with view into the dunes. Shower Room - Shower cubicle, Wash hand basin, toilet. Outside - Tucked away on the edge of the park in its own little nook in the dunes. Parking just beside the property with a few steps up to the front door. Around the far side is a raised picnic bench with views across the dunes in a great sunny spot. This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing, more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.
