With spacious living accommodation including dual aspect living room with two sets of double doors that open onto the grassy dunes and outdoor dining space, open plan kitchen and breakfast bar, wet room and three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one bunk), Homelyn is a great base from which to explore St. Ives Bay and beyond. This beachside bolthole is just a short walk to the three miles of sandy surf beach below, with its dramatic dunes, coves, tidal lagoons and caves. Whether you’re a walker, water sports enthusiast, wild swimmer or here to enjoy the sights of West Cornwall, Homelyn is a great base for your next Cornish adventure. The main room is a large, bright kitchen/diner/lounge with two sets of patio doors, access to the deck, and views over the estuary and the Bay of St Ives. The high quality fitted kitchen is well-equipped, including a built-in fan oven, ceramic hob, hood, under-counter fridge, washing machine and generous storage. The kitchen counter doubles as a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The lounge includes a large sofa, comfortable armchair and two Lloyd Loom chairs with a large TV/DVD player and electric coal effect fire. A gate leg dining table with lockable castors and chairs facilitates indoor dining.
