The property is accessed by way of a set of steps through a tiered garden with the entrance to upper Tresulian at the rear of the property at the top of a further flight of steps. The apartment is superbly fitted out by the caring Owners. 2 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room plus an open plan kitchen / dining area and sun room which is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Upper Tresulian has a private garden with a table and chairs at the rear of the property which has sea views. Accommodation First floor apartment on one floor only: Open plan kitchen, dining area, sun room and sitting room. Master double bedroom with king size bed followed by a twin bedroom.
