On entering the cottage you arrive in a spacious hallway with an original tiled floor. The sitting room has plenty of comfy seating, making a good place to relax after a full day out and about exploring the area. Excellent walking is on offer in the area around your Tideswell cottage, from a challenging hike in the rugged peaks to gentler strolls in the southern hills and dales. Further afield, the spa town of Buxton and the market town of Bakewell are short drives, while the imposing Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are nearby and well worth a visit. Whatever you decide to do Milford House is in a perfect situation for you to enjoy all this area has to offer.
