To the front of the property is a bright, spacious sitting room with sea views framed by a huge bay window. This is a wonderful place to watch the kite surfers, relax and enjoy the warmth of the woodburning stove on blustery afternoons. The glass writing desk is a great place to sit and write your postcards home. The kitchen is also spacious and well-equipped for preparing picnics, or tasty meals in the evenings. With a large dining table seating six, and an extra table for two, everyone can dine together or pore over maps of the local area to decide how to spend your holiday. Behind the kitchen is a utility with washing machine and drying rack, so you can travel lightly without worrying about running out of clean clothes. There is also an immaculate walk-in shower room with rainfall shower head so you can easily clean off after a day on the beach. Upstairs is a small bunk room with adult-sized bunks stocked with vintage children's books, making it great for the kids, a double bedroom and a master bedroom with king-size bed. Set above the sitting room, it has a matching bay window where two wicker armchairs offer the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee whilst you admire the views over the sand dunes and sea. From the master bedroom is a second staircase to the fourth bedroom in the loft roof space, with twin beds, a writing desk and Velux windows taking in the views. There is also a family bathroom with a roll-top bath so you can relax and unwind with a bubble bath after a dip in the sea, and a separate shower cubicle. The centre of Rhosneigr is around 10 minutes away on foot, with local amenities, pubs and restaurants. As it is set right on the coast, the town is perfect for watersports enthusiasts and very popular with kite surfers. You will often see them in the sea from the property, on especially windy days.
