Outside is a yard with ample parking and an ideal place for a barbecue. The surrounding countryside offers superb walking and cycling and is only a few hundred yards from the Scottish Coastal Path and next to an SSSI (Special Site of Scientific Interest) with an array of wildlife. Why not visit Logan Botanical Gardens and its exotic range of plants and trees or one of the other gardens flourishing in the climate of South West Scotland. Take a trip to Scotlands most southerly point, the Mull of Galloway with its dramatic cliffs, the Robert Stevenson lighthouse or the RSPB Nature Reserve. The more active visitor will relish the Galloway Forest Park with its Dark Sky status and excellent walking and world-class cycling on the renowned 7Stanes mountain bike trails.
