The generously proportioned ground floor of the cottage comprises a large open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, where guests will gather at the end of a busy day to chat while the meals are being prepared. A step up from this room is the stunning sun room which offers uninterrupted views out to sea and is a quiet place for relaxation and reflection, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while watching a summer sunset. If you are lucky, you might even see a pod of dolphins passing. There is also a smart sitting room with open fire and a shower room completes the ground floor accommodation. The upper floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both benefiting from sea views along with a family bathroom. For adults and children this coastline is fabulous with rocky cliffs, golden sandy beaches and pretty villages and the nearby village of Cullen with enhanced facilities can actually be accessed via a coastal walk of about a mile. A holiday in this area means that so much is accessible and both the cities of Aberdeen and Inverness can be visited making great days out.
