This cosy and delightful single-storey annexe is attached to the owners’ home and Bed and Breakfast, in the small hamlet of Stibb, 2.5 miles from the village of Kilkhampton in Cornwall. This welcoming cottage is ideally located for touring the north east of Cornwall and the stunning coastline and beaches that can be found there. As soon as you arrive at Claire’s Cottage you are instantly taken aback by the magnificent gardens which surround the cottage and the owners’ adjoining property. Enter into the cottage and you immediately feel at home with comfortable furnishings throughout. The open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area are well-positioned to look out on to the garden, and two lovely bedrooms and a shower room complete the accommodation. Outside leading out from the sitting room is a private garden with furniture looking out onto open farmland, a perfect place to relax at any time of day. Only 1.5 miles away is Sandymouth Bay with its stunning open expanse of golden sand that stretches at low tide as far as the eye can see. Sandymouth is ideal for surfers, beachcombers and walkers with breathtaking walks in both directions from the bay, and children will love the beach with clean sand, rocks to climb and rock pools to explore. Kilkhampton just 2.5 miles away is a small village with a few shops and two pubs both of which serve good food, whilst Bude, one of Cornwall's major resorts is only four miles away. With so many attractions close to hand makes Claire’s Cottage a lovely quiet base that can be enjoyed all year round.
