Seascape, Bridlington

East Riding of Yorkshire. Sleeps up to 8

An impressive, semi-detached property situated right on the sea front in the popular Yorkshire holiday resort of Bridlington. With wide, sweeping views along the coastline and promenade, this light and spacious house provides perfect accommodation for a traditional family holiday. Retaining the original high ceilings, bay windows and feature fireplace in the sitting room, the property has been modernised to a high standard and offers a contemporary, streamlined kitchen, with a breakfast bar and patio doors to the garden. The bright and cheerful dining area leads off from the kitchen, whilst the elegant sitting room provides ample space to relax, whilst enjoying superb views out to sea. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and further stunning views of the coast. Outside, there is an enclosed and sheltered rear garden, a sunny spot to sit and plan the day. A big advantage is off road parking for two cars, enabling guests to leave their cars behind without a care, and discover the beach, harbour and amenities by foot. Just cross the road to the long, sandy beach and stroll along the promenade to the town centre with its picturesque, historic harbour next to the Spa Theatre with its summer variety shows. With numerous pubs, restaurants and bistros to sample, there's something to suit everyone. The surrounding area has plenty to offer, including the rolling chalk Wolds countryside, the dramatic cliff shoreline with the RSPB reserves and a wide range of outstanding National Trust properties, such as Sledmere House, Burton Agnes Hall and Sewerby Hall. A superb property for a wonderful family break.
