The Old School is a delightful conversion of a former school room dating back to the 1870s and now provides an oasis of luxury nestled within the peaceful Lincolnshire hamlet of Hatton. As a testament to its age, the front of this delightful cottage retains its original Victorian post box, which is still in use! On entering the porch the original coat hooks are still in use but the designs of the coats have greatly changed. The open plan living space is a light filled room with a high beamed ceiling and original exposed wall together with a woodburner. The original partition has been cleverly adapted to create part of the spacious master bedroom. The interior height of The Old School room has been utilised to the full through the addition of a second bedroom in the rafters; this is now a delightful bedroom approached by an open staircase from the living space.
