Located within easy access to the 3 miles of sandy surf beach below and the amenities of North Quay and Hayle, Montclare is a great location from which to explore St. Ives Bay and the surrounding area. Bedroom 1 - One small double bed, single wardrobe, fitted carpet. Door leading to outside deck Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, single wardrobe, fitted carpet. Kitchen/Lounge/Diner - Modern fitted kitchen inc. cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table & chairs. Lounge - with two 2 seater sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD player & far reaching sea views. Shower Room - Fitted shower, basin & W.C. A message from Toms Come and find us in our on site office open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays, from maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we’re here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours’ contact number for us too. The Location The holiday park is one of the oldest in the country, with the first chalets constructed in the early 1920s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of unique, quirky and privately owned accommodation, including beach chalets, bungalows and lodges.
