Rose Cottage is a totally refurbished cottage with its own private secluded patio, in the grounds of a small independent school of 90 children. It has been designed and fitted out to a very high standard. There are polished beech wood floors throughout. It has central heating; a modern kitchen including: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, micro wave, coffee percolator and a good range of cooking utensils. The lounge has a cream leather suite, flat screen TV and modern flame effect gas fire. There is a mezzanine floor in the lounge with two single beds. It has plenty of natural light from windows and roof lights, and a French window which looks out onto a patio with outdoor garden furniture and BBQ.
Anglesey is blessed with stunning beaches and unspoilt scenery a great place to relax and unwind. Those looking for a little more adventure won't need look far to find multitude of outdoor activities also on offer. From the rugged northern coast to the sandy beaches of the west thee is something for everyone. Beaumaris, a fine Georgian seaside town is just 10 mins from Rose Cottage and well worth a visit.
Bedrooms: One ground floor double bedroom with en suite shower room. One mezzanine deck twin bedroom with open landing over looking the sitting room.
Bathrooms: One ensuite bathroom to the ground floor bedroom with WC, Washbasin, and shower cubicle. One first floor bathroom with Bath with shower extension, WC and washbasin.
Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen with Electric cooker, Electric Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine.
Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, TV, DVD, Gas fire and open plan dining
Dining: Open plan with the sitting room there is seating for 4 and an ipad docking station.
Garden: Guests have full use of the grounds but there is a private patio area too.
Heating: The house has a combination of central heating and a gas fire in the sitting room
Parking: There is plenty of off road parking in a private parking area close to the house.
