Berwyn is a lovely five bedroom family and pet friendly Victorian terrace in a wonderful location. Step out of the front door and Crantock's golden beach is a leisurly 10 minute walk and the village pub and shop are even closer.
Inside the house has been beautifully renovated retaining many of the period features, including original tiled fireplaces. All the rooms are lovely and light with large sash windows and they have all been tastefully decorated in neutral colours.
At the front of the house is a cosy snug, where you can relax and enjoy the quiet. The larger living room with big comfy sofas and wide-screen TV is towards the rear of the cottage and enjoys lovely views of the garden. There are also sliding patio doors opening out on to the garden and a downstairs WC.
The dining area is perfect for all occasions with a big pine table, which feels just as comfortable with the whole family as it does a happy couple. Meals can easily be prepared in the galley style kitchen, which has been wondefully designed to incorporate an array of appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a double range cooker with induction hob. The separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs the house has five bedrooms, including a twin, a standard double, a large Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two double/twin bedrooms, which have zip and link beds. There are also two family bathrooms, one with a large shower and a second with a roll top bath.
Berwyn has a lovely family friendly garden where you can enjoy a summer evening BBQ or watch the chidlren and dogs play safely. There is also a patio area to the front of the house, as well as a sun balcony off the first floor.
