Stradav, Polzeath

Cornwall. Sleeps up to 10

Stradav is a detached, split-level holiday home, set over three floors, with terrific views of Polzeath bay and Newland in Cornwall. A balcony at the front creates a sunny spot from where the panoramic sea views can be best admired, with an enclosed patio at the rear. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms make this self-catering holiday home suitable for a seaside break, whatever the season. With private parking and just a stroll away from restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and the glorious North Cornwall coastal paths and beaches, Stradav is a hidden retreat for families and groups. The accommodation is spread over three floors with most of the living space being on the top floor, where guests may best appreciate the coastal backdrop. There are four twin bedrooms, and the master has a king-size bed with patio doors onto the balcony, whilst an external laundry room will prove useful if you or your guests make use of the watersports and outdoor life that this area is so popular for. The location of Stradav, nestled above the cliff top at Higher Tristram, gives you an ideal base for discovering all that North Cornwall has to offer. Within a couple of miles there are golf courses at St Enodoc or The Point at Polzeath. The sailing joys of the wonderful Camel Estuary down in Rock are just a short drive away, or catch the ferry from here over to Padstow and cycle along the scenic Camel Trail. Ramblers will enjoy setting out directly from the front door to explore the stunning coastal paths running in all directions. Experience all that Cornwall has to offer from Stradav.
