Set within our grounds, with its own enclosed garden area and a private entrance, this first floor studio apartment has beautiful views towards Hayfield and across the surrounding countryside. The gate at the rear of our property opens onto a lane leading up into the hills - walkers’ heaven is right on our doorstep!

The studio has one double bed, a sofa, flat screen TV with DVD and FreeView, and a radio and CD player; there’s also a breakfast bar with stools, a gas oven and hob, a fridge with an icebox, and a toaster, kettle and microwave. In the adjoining bathroom, there’s a shower, washbasin and WC. All heating, bed linen and towels are included.

Parking is available and we even have the facility to charge your electric car if you have chosen this eco-friendly mode of transport...

We welcome guests with one well behaved dog free of charge .Please note we ask that dogs are not allowed to go on the furniture or the bed for the comfort of all guests. We have nine acres of land where your dog can run freely (as long as he/she will come back to you!)We may accept two dogs. Please email us to discuss before booking.

Our luxury camping barn (sleeping up to 6 people) is now available for families or groups - please take a look! Both properties can be hired together for family reunions etc; please contact us to discuss.

This apartment is located in High Peak. Torr Vale Mill and New Mills Art Theatre are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Chestnut Centre Otter, Owl and Wildlife Park and Vintage Family Funfair. Skate City and Peak Volumes are also worth visiting.
