The house sleeps 13 people in six bedrooms over two levels, five double and a twin with five bathrooms or shower rooms. On the top floor is a children's games/sitting room and on the ground floor are two sitting rooms and a dining room, all with wood burning stoves, and a kitchen. Outside is a terrace across the width of the house with outdoor furniture and barbecue and terraced lawn below, plus parking for four cars. With the shops, restaurants, galleries and pubs within walking distance, Woodlands is an excellent family house for a lively holiday in Devon.
