There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a dining room with an open fire, a sitting room with an open fire, and a snug. There's an enclosed front garden and an enclosed rear garden with dining seating, as well as off-road parking for three cars, and use of the estate's facilities including an indoor and an outdoor heating swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, children's play area, tennis courts, and more. Gitcombe House is a truly magnificent property where you can host a family holiday to remember.

Enclosed front garden with lawn and bench with gate to parking, grounds, and outdoor swimming pool. Enclosed rear garden with outdoor dining furniture seating 12 and barbecue, with gate to grounds and leisure facilities. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop within 3.3 miles, pub within 1.6 miles. Indoor facilities: heated indoor swimming pool (30ft x 18ft, 3ft deep), changing rooms, showers and WCs, sauna and steam rooms, children’s soft-cushion indoor playroom, table football, toy shed, and indoor leisure spa open daily from 8:00am-8:00pm. Outdoor facilities; heated outdoor swimming pool (is 1 metre in the shallow end sloping to 2 metres in the deep end approx) open daily subject to weather from last Bank Holiday in May to second week of September, sunbathing terrace, hot tub, tennis court (championship size) with complimentary racquets and balls, basketball net on tennis court, boules court, wooden swings, children’s adventure playground, 14-acres of grounds with footpaths to surrounding countryside and pubs.
