Fully modernised cottage set in beautiful rural island landscape with far reaching sea views. Original part of the house containing the 2 downstairs bedrooms is over 200 years old with very thick stone walls.

Master bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes. Second twin bedroom also with built in wardrobe.
Family bathroom, with bath and overhead electric shower and heated towel rail.
Large country Kitchen with farmhouse dining table comfortably seating 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine plus seated area with tv.

Upstairs there is a large open plan living room which has expansive panoramic views of open countryside and out to the Treshnish Isles. There are two leather sofas where you can sit and relax with fine island malt. One of which folds out for an extra double bed.
There is a log burner for keeping cosy in the evenings a
TV with dvd player and freesat. Free wifi is also provided.

The cottage is fully heated and provides ample hot water.logs and kindling are supplied. There is a travel cot and high chair if required.

Outside there is a large landscaped garden and off-road parking for 2-3 vehicles.
Change over day is Sunday arrival from 14:00 and departure 10:00

Located in Isle of Mull, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Shiaba Ruins and Colonsay House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Uisken Beach and Ardalanish Berach. Discover the area's water adventures with scuba diving and snorkeling nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with ecotours and hiking/biking trails.
