The Space:
Upon entering the property you are greeted by the beautiful seaside theme interior with gorgeous accessories throughout. The living room features a sofa and two separate chairs so plenty of room for all guests to relax. Walking through to the kitchen dining area you will find a a generous size dining table allowing plenty of space for guests to dine.
Also downstairs is the toilet & shower room, being downstairs is perfect if you are bringing your furry friends that find themselves a bit sandy from a walk along Pakefield beach!
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one is furnished with two single beds, the other, houses a super king-size bed and dressing table. Both bedrooms are dressed with quality linen to aid a great nights sleep.
The enclosed rear garden is a perfect place to enjoy an early morning coffee or late evening cup of tea/glass of wine.

Guest Access:
Access is from the front of the property via a key safe in order to make the start of your stay as flexible as possible.

The Neighborhood:
Pakefield is a charming suburb of Lowestoft with a unique personality all of its own. With views out to the North Sea and a pebbled beach just waiting to be explored, Pakefield is sure to win hearts over!

Getting Around:
Pakefield beach is just a two minute walk from the front door, with a nearby convenience store close by. Both Kessingland village and Lowestoft's town centre are just a short drive away. Southwold is approximately a 20 minute drive too if you want to soak up everything this little village has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
The property is within walking distance to a local shop, a variety of pubs/restaurants and much more. Bus routes can take you into the Town Centre or to neighbouring suburbs such as Kessingland and Oulton Broad.
If you are travelling by car, Southwold is only a 20 minute drive away where you can visit the famous pier and sample the glorious fish & chips!

This vacation home is located in Lowestoft. The Seagull Theatre and The Marina Theatre are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Dip Farm Pitch and Putt and Norfolk Coast Path - East. Lowestoft Maritime Museum and Royal Naval Patrol Service Museum are also worth visiting.
