The property is a short distance from the renowned Rosemount golf club, its championship courses well within the top 50 in the UK and is an excellent base from which to explore Perthshire, with a wide selection of other courses nearby, including internationally famous Gleneagles, St Andrews, and Carnoustie. Blairgowrie is the gateway to Glenshee, which offers year-round activities such as skiing, golfing, mountain biking, abseiling, hang gliding, and paragliding or for some retail therapy, the cities of Perth, Dundee or Edinburgh as well as the House of Bruar and Pitlochry are well worth a visit. The Angus Glens offers excellent walking opportunities, or you can enjoy the sandy beaches that stretch along the east coast.
