Rose Cottage rests in Mardy, Mid Wales and sleeps seven in five bedrooms.

This well-presented holiday home has five bedrooms consisting of a king-size, a double and three singles. There's also a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, two-ring integrated hob, AGA, fridge, and two dishwashers, along with a utility with a washing machine and freezer. The sitting room has a TV, and the dining room has seating for ten guests and a woodburning stove. Outside, there is a rear patio with furniture and a stream, as well as off-road parking for five cars. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the stove, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the price, Two well behaved dogs welcome. This is a smoke free property and due to the stream in the garden, may not be suitable for children under ten years old. A shop can be found within four miles, and a pub is 0.1 mile away. Rose Cottage is a lovely base from which to explore mid Wales.

Town: The lovely market town of Abergavenny, known as the Gateway to Wales, is nestled between the seven mountains that encircle it, with the River Usk running through it, providing stunning views in all directions. There is a castle with its own museum, churches, an indoor market hall, decent stores, and a variety of taverns and restaurants to satisfy all tastes in the town. Beautiful treks through the Wye Valley and Vale of Usk, as well as the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, are close by, and the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and Black Mountains are nearby.

Located in Abergavenny, this vacation home is in a rural area. Tithe Barn and Borough Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Longtown Castle and St Mary's Priory Church.
