Moult Hill Barn is a unique renovated barn, providing accommodation close to Salcombe in Devon. It plays host to five en-suite bedrooms which include three super king-size rooms and two family bunk rooms, along with a cloakroom, the property is able to sleep 22. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area hosting a woodburning stove, also find a utility. To the outside, there is a balcony on the first floor and a terrace with furniture and a barbecue, as well as off-road parking for six cars. Moult Hill Barn offers flexible accommodation for groups of friends, families or couples alike looking to explore South Devon.

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

Located in Salcombe, this cottage is in a rural area. Overbecks Museum and Garden and Salcombe Maritime Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Sea N Shore and Slapton Ley Field Centre.
