On the second-floor you will find a family bathroom and on the third-floor, you will find a third-floor shower room, with walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as an open-plan living space, with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Concluding the accommodation is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, in addition to unrestricted roadside parking on a first-come-first serve basis, a front garden and a rear seating area with barbecue. Bay Tree House is a wonderful base to call home at any time of the year as you explore Devon with loved ones.

Town: Seaton is a seaside town and fishing harbour resting on the south coast in Devon, 21.1 miles away from exciting Exmouth. Surrounding the town is Axmouth and Beer, and it faces onto Lyme Bay with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Within the centre, you will find a superb collection of places to eat, drink and shop, as well as access to a shingle beach and a small harbour.
Located in Seaton, this vacation home is near the beach. The Gateway Theatre and Lyme Regis Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Marine Theatre and The Town Mill.
